At CraftWood, we want you to love our handmade wooden products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us at email@craftswoodshop.com to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a CraftWood error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
